Breakfast Burritos

1 lb sausage

1 green pepper, chopped

1 yellow onion, chopped

2 potatoes, chopped

4 eggs, beaten

Tortillas and cheese for serving

1. Brown sausage. Set aside, reserving grease to cook vegetables.

2. Cook pepper and onion until just tender.

3. Add some oil to the pan with the potatoes and cook until done. Salt to taste.

4. Add eggs in with potatoes until almost cooked. Add sausage and vegetables back in. Heat through.

5. Serve on tortilla with cheese, ketchup, salsa, guacamole, etc.
